Day 1 – Arrive in Srinagar
Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer you to the hotel in Leh, on arrival check in Hotel for Overnight stay in Hotel Afternoon free for complete rest for acclimatize breathing.
Srinagar to Gulmarg
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg “Meadow of Flowers” 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 60 kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes. Enjoy scenic views of Nanga Parbat (weather permitting). Trek to Khilanmarg or enjoy Gondola Cable Car ride (direct payment). Overnight stay in hotel.
Srinagar Local Sightseeing
Visit the famous Mughal Gardens:
• Cheshma Shahi – Royal Spring
• Shalimar – Garden of Love
• Nishat Garden – Garden of Pleasure
Also visit Shankaracharya Temple and a local handicrafts showroom famous for silken carpets, shawls, and jewelry. Overnight stay in houseboat.
Srinagar to Kargil to Leh
After breakfast, proceed to Kargil via Sonmarg, Zojila Pass, and Drass (2nd coldest place in the world after Siberia). Visit Kargil War Memorial at Drass. Continue to Leh, visiting Lamayuru Monastery and Mulbekh Buddha Statue enroute. Arrive Leh and check in at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Lake
Day 5 – Leh to Pangong
Post breakfast, drive to Pangong Lake via Changla Pass (17,350 ft) – the world’s 3rd highest motorable road. Enjoy the color-changing lake and “3 Idiots” movie point. Return to Leh by evening. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 – Excursion to Khardungla
After breakfast, visit Khardungla Pass (5602 Mts.) the highest motorable road in the world. Enjoy breathtaking views of Leh town and the snow-clad mountains. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Leh.
Day 7 – Leh to Nubra Valley
Drive to Nubra Valley, passing through Khardung La Pass. Visit Hunder sand dunes, Bactrian camel rides, and Diskit Monastery. Dinner and overnight stay at Hunder.
Day 8 – Nubra to Leh
Return back to Leh. Free day for sightseeing, shopping, or relaxing. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 9 – Departure
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and fly back home with beautiful memories.
